Service Description

Private tour of Lum Farm 90 minutes $300 for 1-4 people; additional participants $50 each Not recommended for children under 6 Reservations required. No dogs -- please leave canine companions in your car. Visiting our farm animals up close and personal, with individualized attention from your host. Not only will you meet our goats, sheep, pigs. cattle and chickens, you'll get an insider's view of the barns, the goat dairy, and other farm infrastructure. (You'll be amazed at how much goes into a day on the farm). The tour winds up at our farmstand, with a sampler from our goat dairy and seasonal island produce. Expect lots of personality, stories, and photo opps! Please note that this tour takes you into the heart of the farm -- which means there will be poop. Bring sturdy shoes (close-toed recommended) and clothes you don’t mind getting a little “farmy”. There is also a lot of hay -- take that into consideration if you have allergies. The tour walk is around a mile, and includes some uneven ground. Please contact us if there are mobility issues, as we can customize the tour to suit your needs.
