Sheep & Goat Milk Feta
Salty, zingy, creamy! Feta is fresh, white, semisoft cheese made with milk from our goats, or a goat and sheep milk combo. Feta is aged in a brine solution, which adds a salty flavour to the sharp tang of the goat's or sheep's milk. Another very versatile cheese, it will add the perfect tangy touch to your favorite dish.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, culture, enzyme. Keep refrigerated.
