Goat's Milk Ice Cream
Lum Farm Goat's Milk Ice Cream is about as fresh as it gets. We use Lum Farm Goat Milk, eggs and chevre for ice cream made here on the farm. For seasonal flavors, we visit neighboring farms or forage berries.
Goat's milk ice cream can be a boon for the lactose intolerant. Goat's milk contains less lactose and a slightly different protein structure, so it is more easily digestible. It also is less prone to cause allergic reactions in folks who struggle with cow milk.
Our ice cream comes in 6 oz. serving size, or by the pint. Seasonal flavors are prone to availability.
